Life, Career & Retirement Transition Programs

How Does Coaching Work?

  • Every transition coaching client is unique. Certainly, my style and process changes to meet your needs. In every case, I am committed to creating a safe and trust-filled partnership so you accomplish your goals.

  • In my transition coaching programs we work together, we will determine the new vision for your life and the exact life coaching style that will get you the transformative results you desire.

  • As the client, you set the agenda. I introduce tools and exercises to advance the discovery and action process.

Coaching is about having someone believe in you, about getting valuable feedback, about seeing things from new perspectives and setting your sights on new horizons.
